First Session!

Everything begins in the first session with an interview

I am here to listen to you, to understand your concerns, your goals and everything you face in order to achieve your target.  From your history, I have the opportunity to learn more about your medical report, dietary history, physical activity, and environmental/social factors. All of them, will help to the comprehension of the person’s difficulties and finding the solution to achieve the goals we are going to set together at our first session. Lastly, this will help to develop the relationship between the dietitian and the client.

After the first session and taking the history

Taking into account information about the person’s anthropometric data (height measurement and body fat measurement) and after taking all the required information, we proceed to the nutritional assessment of the person. Then, together, we create a personalised nutrition plan based on their preferences.

Finally, the individual receives a brief nutritional education through a presentation. This ensures they have the necessary knowledge to confidently follow their personalized plan, understanding all aspects of their diet.
