At the beginning of each month, you will receive a comprehensive monthly performance report that outlines bookings from the previous month and associated operational costs. An invoice will then be issued by you to Nomads, detailing the payment amount specified in the report.
The monthly payment to the owner is calculated using the folllowing formula: Monthly Payment = Monthly Rental Income – Management Fee – Operating Expenses.
Your own personal host dashboard will be provided to you, which can be accessed online. . The dashboard is updated monthly and offers a comprehensive overview of your listing and its performance. Within the dashboard, you’ll have access to all past and future bookings, an interactive calendar to display your property’s availability, and a timeline of your earnings. Additionally, any invoices and payouts will be recorded in the billing section of your dashboard.
