The main requirements are the following:

–Registration with the VAT authorities
–Registration of the property as ‘Self-Service Accomodation Establishment’ with the Deputy Ministry of Tourism.

The above requirements can be handled by Nomads through the general power of attorney that will be provided as part of the agreement package.
