You can specify food days. For example, pasta Tuesday where every Tuesday you will make different recipes for pasta.
This way you will have everything you need to prepare all the meals for the week.
If, for example, you had chicken and rice for lunch, in the evening you can easily prepare chicken toast, chicken salad, chicken soup. The same goes for other foods such as pasta which can be made into a pasta salad for your next meal.
Usually when I prepare a recipe, I try to keep my main ingredients to a maximum of 3, for example sauces that can be used on meats or pasta or salads: avocado with yogurt, tomato sauce with feta cheese, mashed peppers with stock vegetables or other vegetables.
Prepare a large amount of food so that this food is eaten 2 times during the week. For example, pulses, a soup, a cooked food such as koupepia.
